It's interesting how mustard-y the marinade looks both post-mix and in that photo of the grill pan. I'd make this again, and I'm really bad at making the same, new things more than once. I made this during the week, but requiring an 'at least two hours' marinading period sort of cramped my style and I did an hour and a half and poured the leftover marinade on the meat while it rested on the board.
